IV Site Integrity
Keep the pressure dressing clean and over the puncture site for at least
3-5 mins. Minor bruising, tenderness or a slight cooling sensation is expected and settles within 24-48 hours.

Activity Windows
Skip high-intensity training, heavy lifting, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms and excessive heat for the first 4-6 hours to maintain cardiovascular stability.

Systemic Monitoring
Track your energy and cognitive stamina over the next 48 hours. Brief flushing or mild lightheadedness is transient - sit back and rest. In the rare event of persistent swelling, spreading redness, severe site pain or shortness of breath, seek urgent medical care.
