Bookings

Appointments are confirmed once a booking is submitted and, where applicable, payment is received. Please provide accurate contact, address and health information at the time of booking.

Eligibility & Health Screening

All clients complete a health questionnaire prior to treatment. Your clinician may decline to proceed with a treatment if it is not clinically appropriate for you at the time of your appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, communicated to you at the time of booking.

Service Area

We service Greater Sydney and surrounding NSW regions, subject to clinician availability. Travel outside our standard service area may incur an additional fee.

Pricing

Prices listed on this website are current at the time of publishing and may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Sydney Glow Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
